  1. I've been so busy lately. I'm running... I always run I'm just slacking on doing the updates on here.

    Another hot day. Will it ever let up. I managed to get in a good 18 miles on the road today and hitting the trails for 12 or 13 tomorrow. It should be a great weekend.

    I did an easy morning run and then a relatively easy evening trail run. Although with the trail being as technical as it is it really wasn't easy. Great workout though.

      Getting lost with friends is better than lost alone! Compass or GPS watch that tells you your heading can be a run-saver.
