I can tell it's not 100% but it's getting better. I made it a point to do a good job stretching after, and sheesh, that right hip joint of mine sounds like rice krispies.

Felt like crap when we started but ended up feeling great. Piriformis is feeling better, but I'm going to stay off it running-wise until Saturday.

Overall an alright workout, but I had to avoid lower body work due my dumb piriformis.

injured Taking some time off from run...
My right piriformis is super tight and making it nearly impossible to find a comfortable way to sleep. Massage, yoga, lots of stretching and rest from running time until it's better.

It went alright given the fact that I got hardly any sleep the night before and that I was extremely sore from my workout on Sunday.
