    Hiked the Hollywood Trail again. This time I ran the uphills and walked the downhills. It was great view , weather and of course company

    Did a 1 mile warm up but at 1/8 of mile did 7 burpees for a total of 56 for warup. Then attaned my XBT Class for 1 hour of extreme workout. Man do I feel it.
