Knees/hips just wouldn't let me :( had to stop after 15 minutes. Gotta get that foam roller for the IT band.


My left knee has been killing me too! My girlfriend's sister is a physical therapy major so I had her show me some stretches.

Mine's a combination of very stubborn IT Band which has bothered me for, oh, 8 years now on and off, plus double hip bursitis. Mine is also the left knee. I hope you feel better soon!
