Walk with Cinn/ cooper river walk/run

The workout itself was great, but I saw a dog (not mine!) collapsed on the cooper river track. He was breathing but barely lifting his head. It was heart-breaking.


Let me clarify that Cinn only did about a mile and all walking. That was separate from the cooper river 3.7 that i did on my own!
