      Those were the hardest. I do everything in threes, so I did a round in front plank, side plank, other side plank. So after three rounds, I was shaking like a leaf (confirmation that I'm a weakling) and sweating profusely.

    I love biking....knees are a bit iffy, so was trying to work them without straining them. Good music is key.
