Hard at first to just get into it, but finished strong. "Foothills" was not what I was expecting.

Those were the hardest. I do everything in threes, so I did a round in front plank, side plank, other side plank. So after three rounds, I was shaking like a leaf (confirmation that I'm a weakling) and sweating profusely.

Wow, Alaska is something. I have a cozy gym when it's cold! The pool, on the other hand, is not heated, but so far, I'm doing ok. Will go this morning before a conference call.
