#bestbodybootcamp Day 17: Started with walk/jog intevals with the Easy 5k app (30), and followed that with a quick leg workout (15) using another app, from the same folks who make the Easy 5K app and the Beatburn apps that I also enjoy. It's called Easy Legs, and I'm not sure what their definition of "easy" is, but I found it more challenging than I expected for a 15 minute workout. Very fast paced, with easy to follow exercises. I probably would have added a second workout from the app if it hadn't been so late in the evening. I really liked that the reps were counted out for me - and (as always) LOVED using my own music that was tempo shifted to match the exercises.
