#bestbodybootcamp Day 11! I've been shuffling my original workout plan around this week, and ended up doing Shoulders & Arms from Supreme 90 with Tom Holland. I like this one (aside from starting with some light abs work) and sure wish there was a music off option. The music isn't too bad, I just would prefer to use my own playlists.
:-D I like the tri-set pattern the exercises are done in for this workout and my heart rate was really getting up there since it moves along well with little to no rests.
