#bestbodybootcamp Day 10! My cardio workout today was Day 5 from the Easy 5K app (25) followed by a 10 minute abs workout from 5 Day Fit Mix with Amy Bento. The walk/jog intervals went surprising well, considering I procrastinated doing it most of the day, heh. :-o The abs workout was just alright, and had several unusual moves that were hard to follow at the quick pace she used. I also met my mini challenge of getting in some bonus activity with a 40 minute dog walk earlier today. I even had some unplanned jog intervals during the dog walk as I tried to get some distance between me and the others on the trail that were annoying the dog. ;-)
