#bestbodybootcamp day 3: Started today's workout with Day 2 from Jeff Galloway's Easy 5K app (20). Since Monday's workout was so easy, I bumped up the duration of the of the run intervals. I was slow to get started, but some the app selected some great songs from my playlist and got me moving. :-D I followed that with Althean XX Fabulous Abs (25). Yikes, I was doing a lot of modification and extra rests with this one! But, it was nice mix of various types of planks and crunches. Clearly I need to work more on planks! ;-)
