#bestbodybootcamp Day 2. Continuing with my Athlean XX workouts, today was Amazing Arms (36) - a fast paced triceps and biceps workout. I warmed up for 10 minutes on the elliptical first, since I was feeling kinda stiff. I followed the arm work with a longer stretch - Slim & Limber (14) with Debbie Siebers, using my own tunes during the stretch.
