Struggling with motivation this week. Used the Beatburn app on the treadmill to get in some light cardio. I wasn't going very fast, but did use treadmill to keep the incline up enough to keep my heart rate above the 65% zone. Probably won't get back to the weights until next week, but might get in some more cardio this week. And maybe abs and stretching. Maybe.

    I hear ya. I had a really good workout on Tuesday. It was the most intense workout I've had in a while and I had a good sweat going. It feels good when I get a good workout in but it take so much motivation just to get started! I changed my shoes today and in the process of breaking these in. Needless to say, I have a blister on one of my toes. Dang shoes

    Nice job with the Tues workout! I was glad I got something in, but it didn't feel like a very good workout. I'm hoping I'll feel like doing something tomorrow, heh. Ugh on the blister! I don't wear shoes for workouts anymore unless I'm on the treadmill for more than 20 minutes or doing something high impact - but high impact almost never happens. But no shoes for the elliptical, weights, stepper, rebounder, etc.
