Monique! Wasn't it beautiful! I would love the chance to train and exicute that run again! There were parts of that course that I have DNF'd in the past and I was determind to continue through to the end! I was kindof glad that we didn't have to do the creek crossings! Hope your recovery goes well.

@ the Napa Valley Trail Marathon on 3/27/10. I got a 2nd place ribbon in the mail today. I looked up the results and found out there were only 3 people in my age group. Haha.

great run!!! I hope I can get my dog up to running 5 or more miles. I ran 3 miles with her last Saturday, she did pretty good for the first 2. Generally I run 1 mile in the morning with her. Hopefully her endurance will get better

Yah my beagle can only run about a mile then she realizes this is no fun and starts walking. My other dog the terrier is a great runner but I guess dogs need training too. I keep an eye on him so he doesn't get too tired. I think dogs get the runner's high too.

good Easy 4 with Myko 4 mi
Used my inhaler before the run. Still had a little bit of a cough towards the end of the run. Went at an easy pace because Myko hasn't run in a while so wanted to keep an eye on him.
