I've got a nice hilly 5.05 mile loop that I've picked out near my apartment. I'd like to run it in 45 min, then 40.

  1. RUN
good Second Run of the Week 3.01 mi 00:34 11:12 pace

Which I think is also my second run of the summer. Not too bad with that consideration. Made a full solid (though slow) 2 and 3/4s before having to walk up a large hill.

  2. RUN
Dodging Rain Drops 2.75 mi 00:26 09:20 pace

Cool damp weather felt great. Still a lot of lactic acid from my first run in a month a few days ago.

  3. RUN
Definitely not ready for the ... 2.34 mi 00:21 08:50 pace

Short run in perfect weather outside.

  4. RUN
Great running weather with so... 2.47 mi 00:38 15:24 pace

Helping Brei start up Couch to 5K again now that the weather is nice. Threw in a few extra intervals.

Yeah...mildly messed up my ankle in late fall, then just got lazy, but it's time to stop making excuses and get back into shape.

  5. RUN
alright Treadmill Run 2.85 mi 00:30 10:31 pace

First run since mid October. Need to get back on the wagon. (or is it off the wagon - Seinfeld has completely confused me on this one)

  6. RUN
    good 4M Loop 3.91 mi 00:33 08:29 pace

Loving the cooler temperatures, not loving running in the dark. I think I may heed the advice to grab a head lamp. I should also probably grab a Road ID for when I inevitably get hit by a car.

  7. RUN
blah Night Run 4.57 mi 00:41 09:04 pace

I need to figure out a loop that's better lit up before I kill myself.

  8. RUN
alright Large Loop - Sore Legs 4.83 mi 00:41 08:30 pace

Legs were definitely sore from Tuesdays run. I'm really surprised by how much my pace continues to drop compared to a week ago. Legs should be getting a plenty of rest over the weekend.

  9. RUN
good Fast Loop 3.76 mi 00:32 08:22 pace

Took probably a 90 second breather after pushing the pace up the large hill. Runs have been feeling really good lately. Will probably try to do the 5 mile loop on Thursday night before my weekend t... read more

  10. RUN
great Great Loop Run 6.13 mi 00:57 09:20 pace

Went out to do a 5 miler. Perfect weather, sunny but cool. Felt absolutely fantastic, so when I got back to my apartment complex I opted to do an additional quick mile loop. Pace felt great, best f... read more

Thanks Kate. Of course, I noticed immediately after importing that you had outdone me by 0.01.

  11. RUN
good Large Loop 3.79 mi 00:33 08:36 pace

Wow, that felt fast. Pace is a bit deceiving because I ran 3.5 miles at 8:50 and then after a rest did two ~.15M hills at about 85% which lowered my pace time.
