    Which I think is also my second run of the summer. Not too bad with that consideration. Made a full solid (though slow) 2 and 3/4s before having to walk up a large hill.

      Yeah...mildly messed up my ankle in late fall, then just got lazy, but it's time to stop making excuses and get back into shape.

    First run since mid October. Need to get back on the wagon. (or is it off the wagon - Seinfeld has completely confused me on this one)

    Loving the cooler temperatures, not loving running in the dark. I think I may heed the advice to grab a head lamp. I should also probably grab a Road ID for when I inevitably get hit by a car.

    Legs were definitely sore from Tuesdays run. I'm really surprised by how much my pace continues to drop compared to a week ago. Legs should be getting a plenty of rest over the weekend.

    Wow, that felt fast. Pace is a bit deceiving because I ran 3.5 miles at 8:50 and then after a rest did two ~.15M hills at about 85% which lowered my pace time.
