  1. RUN
good Rocky Raccoon 100 miler 100 mi 22:17 13:22 pace

My first 100 miler! It went about as well as I could have hoped for. The weather kind of sucked, but I was able to stay in good shape the entire time and have a great finish.

  2. VELO
alright UBG Wednesday Night Ride 24.79 mi 01:34 15.9mph pace

It was hot and a lot of people wound up getting flats (myself included).

  3. RUN
    Heights Blvd 4.49 mi 00:36 07:59 pace

Felt good during the run, but my leg started huring pretty bad the next day.

  4. RUN
blah MP Trails 8.06 mi 02:05 15:32 pace

It shouldn't be in the 70's with 100% humidity in the middle of January!

  5. RUN
alright Heights Blvd 4.5 mi 00:40 08:51 pace

Felt a lot harder than it should. Definitely still not recovered.

  6. VELO
good Wednesday night ride with UBG 25.03 mi 01:35 15.9mph pace

legs didn't feel bad at all. I think tonight was a little easier pace than usual.

  7. RUN
alright Houston Marathon - Second Loo... 26.38 mi 04:30 10:12 pace

This was a tough grind. Felt bad for the last 20 miles, but was able to dig it out and keep pushing. My pace never really slowed. Last 3 miles were my fastest! Glad my first double marathon is ... read more

  8. RUN
alright Houston Marathon - First Loop... 23.09 mi 05:16 13:41 pace

I shut my watch off a little early. I think we wound up with 24 miles for the first loop. I was pretty sleepy and ready to get off my feet at the end of this.

  9. VELO
good Wednesday Night Ride with UBG 24 mi 01:20 18.0mph pace

My garmin decided to die right as I was leaving, so I had to ride blind (no speed, no HR, no distance). It was kind of liberating! It felt good to be out pushing hard and not worrying about my leg.

  10. RUN
good Texas Marathon - Kingwood (ha... 13.1 mi 01:51 08:27 pace

Only ran the half because of my leg. Pushed harder than I should have, but it was fun to finally run.

  11. VELO
alright White Oak Bayou 20.28 mi 01:05 18.7mph pace

Harder than it should have been. But still fun to ride.

  12. RUN
good Epic Trails - Memorial Park 16.2 mi 03:20 12:20 pace

Early morning trails with Super Steve and Grady. We ran all of the colors and lots of the unmarked trails.

  13. RUN
injured Cloverleaf mile repeats 4.67 mi 00:39 08:14 pace

Got half way into my second mile repeat and my shin started hurting again. A little worried now.

  14. RUN
    good MP Loop + 4x1mile repeats 7.16 mi 00:58 08:09 pace

Pretty good run. The loop before was fast even though I was taking it easy.

  15. RUN
great Jingle Bell Run 5.12 mi 01:11 13:55 pace

Super easy goof off run with the group. Sadly our "Blue Christmas" didn't win the best costume, but we had fun.

  16. RUN
    good Sugar Land 30K 18.74 mi 02:36 08:18 pace

Felt pretty good. Didn't push too hard, but kept a pretty good pace. Don't think I will be able to maintain that pace for the marathon, but pretty close.

  17. RUN
great TC Jester with the half-marat... 10.31 mi 01:46 10:16 pace

Really fun run with the intermediate half-marathon group. Filling in for Celeste. Those guys (and girls) look SOLID! They knocked out 10 miles like it was nothing.

  18. RUN
good Cloverleaf 3x1 mile repeats 5.92 mi 00:50 08:24 pace

Much harder this time, but it still feels good to be pushing some speed.

  19. RUN
great Heights Blvd. - easy run 6.76 mi 00:58 08:36 pace

Felt awesome the entire time. Never pushed and always kept the heart rate low, but still ran at a nice speed. There may be hope for my marathon yet!
