Good day on the trail, started out chilly but warmed up quickly with the bright sunshine. Gotta Love that! Running with a good bunch of Reberls today and that always helps to eat away at the distance.... feeling pretty good after the run. Traveling this week and coach Cooper has some nasty Yifters set for Tuesday. Will be hot in Mobile for some training before the Road to Hope on the 6th.
