      Morning runs are the only way to go IMHO. I feel 100X better running a morning session than a afternoon or evening session!

      Barb I run early every day so if your looking for a partner some days let me know. Plus it makes it less leary. You never know whos out on the streets in the am hrs.

    Didn't feel the best. Went to the chiro. at 4pm then ran about 5:30. Probably should have listened to my body. Hope my hip pain settles down a bit.
