      I thought I'd feel good after my run on Friday, but I felt like I made a mistake to push myself so hard and was pretty miserable all day afterward. I always debate how much I should be pushing myself when I'm under the weather.

      When I am under the weather I always take time off. It is so hard for me to do any kind of workouts with a cold. Some on the other hand motor right through with the regular schedule! A few days off will not hurt so I always proceed with caution!
