      ave power for 20 min was 265 watts (280 over last 5 min), which calculated to FTP of 251. Now I am REALLY wanting a Quarq power meter...

      Don't be too hard on yourself. You accomplished something that very few people are able to do. Now it's time to take a little break and enjoy your accomplishment...and remember that "Bragging Rights are forever" Ironman. Way to go!!!
