    Trying to get into a routine of working out after taking kids to 5:30 a.m.! swimming practice two days a week. Today was a good start!

    Went for a walk with the family. Had a nice stroll, though I'm not sure if it counts since I was eating ice cream most of the way!

      I'm glad you joined us this morning, Mike T. I started with the Couch to 5K program. Google it. It was a low pressure way to get back into running. Don't be afraid to walk. It's rough getting started.
