  4. David Goggins says you've gotta get to mile 75 to find out what you're made of. I need to ask Andrew S. , who recently completed a 100 mile(!) race, if this is really true.

      Yep, I was warned that miles 60-80 would be the hardest, and I'd say the worst stretch for me was between 51 and 61 miles. After that, I started getting second winds and I picked up my pacer at mile 69. I knew I would finish - it was just a matter of how fast.
