After a long series of events prevented me from running for quite some time - several illnesses and some surgery and some travelling and some unmotivation - I decided tonight to just hop on the mill and do it. (A cold front prevents me from breathing outside, presently)

Didn't want to over-do it. Judging from my body's reaction, this was a good choice. No need to break any records. Just to sweat.
