    After the rain stopped wanted to get a ride in today. Picked a hilly route but was worth it. Need to get a skate in tomorrow.

    I went running after a long hiatus. Inspired by Hospital Hill today to go out and get moving. Felt pretty darn good for my first run in months. It's time to get back into gear.

    Tempo was 2.3 miles in 20 which was an 8:41 pace...feel quite happy with that performance. And of course I varied my incline throughout the workout. Can't get too lazy!
