    Best run since before I was hurt. I have been getting terrible shin splints on my right leg (right hip is the injured one) so at PT she taped it...it did wonders!!!!!

      I'll have it taped at PT when I run. I am looking into Kiniso tape though for future races. My chiro is going to try it with me on Wednesday.

      What kind of hip injury do you have? I have IT band issues, bursitis (hello am I 80?) and piriformis that are giving me hip issues. I hope you feel better soon.

      I had a hip flexor strain last year at this exact time pretty much. Glad you figured it out early and are taking it slow. If you need any info about it let me know!
