    yeah...you go girl!! (Did you know that you can make your log more specific by choosing "elliptical" or "weights" or whatever when you log your workout? You just click on the arrow by "run" when you are logging your workout and it will drop down a whole list of things to choose from....I love this feature! =) Great workout and so glad you are sticking to it!!
