This was a great training run for ATB. Long, steep hills everywhere. Beautiful sunny day with only a light breeze. Crisp and cool and great for a run when dressed right. With all the hills it was hard to keep the heart rate in the low 140's. I missed about 4.5km on my Garmin but I figure that I averaged about 150bpm on this run.
