      The snow can leave anytime... I wish Mother Nature would get Spring on track! I postponed my long run until tomorrow so I can enjoy myself a bit more. I know - total wuss. Good for you for going out in that cold wind though. Nice run.

      Way to fight and keep it down. Dampening the contacts does really help although if like me a sweaty you can get away without.

    Was great to run with Joey. It's been a while. After his race on the weekend he said he wanted to do more. Signed him up for the mudpuppy 3km run. Will be his longest race to date.

    The first 50m was like swimming in heaven. Finally felt at home.

    The challenge will be keeping the HR down. Had to keep to slow 50m intervals with plenty of rest between.

    Baby steps.
