      yikes-I am now the proud owner of orthotics. I held off for a few years but I was having arch pain from rolling my ankle one too many times. I hopw it helps me and hopefully you can get this cleared up soon as well.

      I was using superfeet in my last shoes but decided to forego them this time....ransacked the garage this morning looking for my last pair. Way cheaper than orthotics :)

      Ha ha ha. Rotator cuff. Had problems last year and snow boarding flared it up again. Back doing physio to strengthen so I can get back in the pool pain free.

    How can you go wrong with a track workout in January? Short warm up to the track, 4 x 300m, 1 x 800m, 4 x 300m, 1 x 800m and then a warm down back to the School of Architecture.

    Great morning ride. Followed Simon in Houston on Twitter. Sad to see he missed Olympic standard again. Easier to keep within heart rate zones on the trainer for sure.
