    Great run with the twins this morning. My right knee started hurting around mile 8. Just something to keep an eye on.

    I had a lot of trouble breathing this morning. Still feeling congestion in my lungs. Coupled with the fact that I biked 70 miles yesterday and my legs were tired made it an ok run.

    2 mile warmup, 6x400 with 75 second rest. 1 mile cool down. I felt awesome. Can't wait for the marathon.
