    I had a lot of trouble breathing this morning. Still feeling congestion in my lungs. Coupled with the fact that I biked 70 miles yesterday and my legs were tired made it an ok run.

    The goal was 10 miles at marathon pace and I pretty much nailed it. Hot and humid but conversational the whole way.
