    I'm sick - fever, headcold, chills But I decided to walk on the treadmill to see if I could feel better. Didn't work.

    I finally found a run / walk break pace that seems more natural for me - I think. I am either getting a head cold or allergies are kicking in.

      What ratio did you try? I'm a big fan of run 1 mile....walk 1 minute. At least for long run days.

      It was 3 min run, 30 sec walk. It seemed to work yesterday with a decent pace without me feeling tried towards the end. I was doing 5 min run, 1 min walk. I was feeling so tired towards the end of a long run, but the 1 min walk seemed too long. I'm hoping to extend that a little because it's an awful lot of starting and stopping.
