Really wanted to run outside but couldn't get it done while Colin was in school. So had to take the kids to the gym and use the treadmill.

It was a beautiful day outside. Alex ran with me on the first loop around the high school. Only bad thing about the run was that I lost my gel I had safety pinned to my shorts and had to back track to get it. Longest run to date!
