My tennis match got postponed, so I took Wendy up on her offer to join James, Vern, and Lisa for a spin bike class at Powerhouse gym. I've been wanting to do a spin bike class for a while, so I was looking forward to getting started and seeing what it was all about. I was impressed by what a great workout this is. Glad I listened to Wendy and Lisa and brought a towell. It definitely gets the heartbeat going and the sweat rolling. I could tell I was working different muscles, especially my quads and hips. Enjoyed it.
