      Mike- if you're ever available Tues. at 9:15am you should come to the Spin class I teach at Valley Health! Or, come Wed. at 9:15am for Strength. Both would be easy on your achilles :-) (The other classes I lead involve impact, but those two don't.) Let me know if you ever want to check-it out!

    Mixing in different workouts to avoid too much impact on my Achilles. I chose the hill workout and I could feel the burn in my quads at the end.

    Eleven of us met a brewery in Purcellville and rode ten miles and ate lunch at a restaurant. Then, rode ten more miles to Ild Ox Brewerey. Good times, good food, great people.

    Ran with Rick this evening. Rick picked up the pace and I just tried to keep up. It took a couple of miles for my right achilles to loosen up.

    Legs were very sore after yesterday's workouts. I wanted to test some some new insoles and heel pads, so I just went for a short run. My right Achilles was very tight, so I went slow.
