    I wanted to get in a short run, but felt like mixing in a different route. So, I drove over to Millbrook and ran some of the Battlefield trails. A lot of walkers were out.

      You're right Cari. Other parts of my ankle have been sore because I'm using different muscles that I haven't used in a while.
