  2. RUN
    great 6 mi

First time out running on my own in a long time... left the watch at home and just enjoyed the pace and quietness of it all. Nice run from my house to the sundial bridge.

  3. RUN
    River trail 5.6 mi 00:42 07:30 pace

Nice easy run. Feels good to say that we had to slow down a few times and still managed that time. I think I can break 40 in the near future of I pushed it the whole run. Thanks for the run Josh.

  10. VELO
    14.3 mi 01:05 13.2mph pace

  11. RUN
    4 mi 00:33 08:16 pace

Just a run after my floor workout. Not too fast but not too slow.

  12. RUN
River trail to iron mtn rd an... 7 mi 00:56 07:59 pace

A great run on one of my favorite routes. Thanks to Josh and Bill for setting the pace the first half. I'm going to miss these Saturday runs.

  13. RUN
    2 mi 00:15 07:39 pace

I should come up with a name for this workout: CHP DVD, ab ripper x, and the bowflex done prior to the short run. Lots of sweat done during this 75 minute workout but I can already feel a difference.

  14. RUN
To Sundial Bridge 6.14 mi 00:53 08:41 pace

Lots of hills between my house and sundial but it was a good run to break in a new pair of shoes.

  15. RUN
    2 mi 00:15 07:43 pace

CHP DVD, Ab Ripper X, and 10 minutes on the bowflex before this short run. It is so much harder to run fast when your abs are already exhausted, lol. Feels good though.

  16. RUN
    Simpson loop 6.2 mi 00:54 08:38 pace

Nice and easy run after the bad eating of Christmas.

  17. RUN
    River tail 5.53 mi 00:44 07:58 pace

Great run with Bill and Josh... man they are fast. River trail under an 8 min pace is great for me.

  18. RUN
    2 mi 00:16 07:59 pace

CHP DVD workout and then this run. I'm tired.

  19. RUN
    6.18 mi 00:50 08:08 pace

It was cold out there... but this run felt good. I'm looking forward to pushing it hard the next two weeks.

  20. RUN
Shasta Dam to Keswick Dam 12.45 mi 01:51 08:55 pace

Great run considering the start time of 6AM. Really enjoyed the time with Josh, Bill, and Matt M. Thanks for running my pace for the first 9 miles, sorry I had to cut the run short.
