    C25k run with my wife. Surprisingly didn't feel too bad even after cooling off from the trail run.

    Fun short run on the trails for the social run. Tried out the Newton BOCO. Nice shoe. I think the slower pace, and the more cushioned surface helped keep the pain at bay.

    2nd run of the evening. Everything felt tight and painful at the start. I started feeling ok, after about 3/4 mile. After the run, the achilles and PF were screaming though.

    Was doing ok, until about mile 3, when my hip/back started hurting. The pace was getting pushed faster than I expected. I probably would have been ok, if I had held back earlier.
