      Scott Jurek's PR for a 50-mile trail race is 6:21 ... and you are half his age (well, ~10 years younger)... I cannot wait to know how you do in your next ultra ... we may run it together, we may run the same race I meant, not the whole race together, perhaps the first mile :)

    I did an easy run to the UF post office, toting my water bottle. It was good, but it' getting hot already!

    My first run carrying a water bottle. I have to practice this for the Ultra. It's a little awkard.

    After the run I played Water Polo for a little over an hour. That shit is hard!

    Cycled to the track for the FTC Track Night, did some drills with the crew and got in about 3 miles. Body feels good, just want to take it easy for the weekend.
