It was only fitting that my legs felt as heavy as railroad ties for the first run this season on the Medicine Bow Rail Trail. Running @ 9,000ft higher than in Kansas last week didn't help. But I survived, and even felt a little better in the latter part of the run. Less than a week to the BolderBoulder 10k Expo and the launch of "Running Scared"!!!
