Someone needs to slap me around a little; I had to log on Dailymile--a very bad sign--since I'm usually ALWAYS logged on. I'm hoping yesterday was the end of one of the least productive three weeks I've had in a very long time. And I can't blame it on being winter, or the flu I had a few weeks ago. It seems like a screw came loose somewhere and nothing has been working right. Time for drastic measures ... TBA.

Nice run, Mike.

Hm, I agree with Erik! I have seen repeating themes of folks getting bummed by various things happening; physical, mental etc that have affected their usual routines! It is good you could do some running today! Good luck with it all!

Good to see your post, Mike. Admittedly, things have been so crazy in my universe that I've missed that a couple of people swirling around in it had or have gone AWOL, such as you. Definitely not alone - this part of the winter is tough. Good luck getting back on track!

Nice! I was wondering where the wild Mike from WY was yesterday. Was gonna shoot you a line when I got off work today. But no need now. Glad you're OK and glad you're back.

It comes and goes. I had to give my writing a drastic kick in the pants this week.

As long as you can get that screw back in place like you did today, you'll be fine. Happens to all of us. :+)

I think if BOTH of us hadn't gotten sick for an extended period, it would have helped the other to get back into the swing of things. Here's to your upswing! :)
