      Got to love those trails and a good running partner. I used to run with my Doberman all the time...now we have a 6 lb Porkie (Pomeranian/Yorkie) who is only good for about 1 mile then I have to carry her for a ways then it's put her down and pick her up for the rest of the run...easier just to leave her home. My wife likes small dogs and I must admit, the mess is much smaller as well.
