We did sets alternating strength/cardio, four rounds each for 15,30,45 and 60 seconds. Things like planks w/knee-ins + jump rope, push-ups + high knees, dips + squat turns, etc. Ended with some ab work and more push-ups. Lots of motion, lots of sweat, and the class flew by.
