I love that my running endurance helps out in cross-training. A lot of my classmates found today's workout tough, but I thought it was pretty fun. Self-faced with four stations: mat (sit-ups), plank-walk/walking lunges, brief cardio (jumping jacks etc), and around the gym for more walking lunges, high knees, butt-kick.
