Happy that I got up pretty easily today. I didn't have to talk myself into going to class like I often have to do, when going back to bed seems like a better option. Felt pretty good today.

    It's hard, but the only time I can squeeze it in! Once you get into a routine it gets easier. My schedule has been a bit off lately and I've missed a lot of my usual days.
