      I know, it is funny how your mind can trick you. I just ran 4 miles which for me, is pretty darn good. I am looking forward to my next run. :)

      I was kinds scared of my run this a.m.; it was my first time outside from the treadmill. My son really helped by saying, "Just remember, Mom. 95% of the rest of the people in GF are still in bed or sitting on the couch. At least you're out there." His words are for you too, Erin.
