      Nice back to back workouts! I'm hoping the weather is warmer than it's been lately for the race, otherwise I am going to freeze on the bike after the swim.

      It started getting sore at about mile 3, but I was able to work through it with a couple walk/stretch breaks until about mile 4.5, then ran/walked the rest.
