Bridge Run Training Group 3 mi
Worked out with my new Bridge Run Training group (20 min on the Bridge, 10 min speed work, 10 intervals).

Bridge Run 50/50 4.5 mi
Ran the Bridge and did 50 push ups and 50 crunches each time I reached the top (once out and once back).

One mile warm up, 3 sets of fartleks (3 min 7:15-7:30 - 2 min rec), 1 mile recovery, 3 sets of fartleks (3 min 7:15-7:30 - 2 min rec), 1/2 mile cool down.
