      Nice these 6 milers on Janine Road. We always miss each other at Long Beach because the start times are different.

    Downhill out, uphill back. Good pace throughout. Weird running in the dark at 5:30pm.

    Day light savings made this early run feel not so early. Dan S and I were out in the cool morning. Couple of pick ups along the way. Napa Valley Marathon in March 2015 is the goal.

    2 miles to gym, 25-minute weight circuit, 2 miles back home. All before trick-or-treating.
