too much "winter-weight" need to get back in shape!! I'm a walker not a runner-so I'd like to walk a 1/2 marathon this spring!!

    sucky TM walk...back was fine but left leg was cramping. shin to toe?? wtheck... :-( so i dropped the pace to recover but at that point as long as i got an hour in , it was better than stopping

    my TM walk didn't go well. pulled my back shoveling...was doing fine till i got to the heavy slushy part-then i felt it :-( could only walk 10 minutes-hurt too much
