  6. Am going to post a video to YouTube soon that shows my transition from P90 Cardio/Sculpt 1-2 to Cardio/Sculpt 3-4. Not pretty, but maybe it will inspire someone else to keep going!

    A rainy day! Was sick last night, so skipped the 200 crunches I am trying to do every day.

      Before I moved here almost 2 years ago, my only running was done on a treadmill -- for 2 reasons: Montana has snow on the ground for 7 months of the year; and my kids had access to me (they were homeschooled and with me all day).

    Owy zowy! Revved it up this week by going from level 1-2 to 3-4. Ow. I couldn't do all 200 crunches but this was my first day. I'll get better.
