      Nice ride, nice pace. I plan on just doing shorter rides several times a week after work light and weather permitting until the snow stops me.

    My first organized ride. Lots of hills ~ more than I'm used to, but it went well. My legs were fine, my lungs were fine. I had problems with my feet but I'm encouraged that the rest of me could do it!

    finally got a sitter and a big storm blew in. Didn't get very far ~ but really just wanted to test out the foot. Cycling shoes no better with insoles. Will wear sneakers to Walnut Valley Metric Sun.

    Great group ride with some online friends. First time on Wichita bike paths ~ really nice. Fun, leisure ride.
