I actually have a Garmin GPS watch/ heart rate monitor. It keeps track of just about everything. I have it set to automatically take splits every mile. It's been an incredibly helpful tool for me.

    alright 01:05

We had a sub instructor. It was lame. She played slow country music the entire time. It's difficult to spin to crappy music.
