alright gym 2.57 mi

walked to the gym to hop on the treadmill. little bit of jogging, lot a bit of walking. changed shoes, but i dont know if it helped or hurt. satisfied that i got out, and now im off to shake my tailfeather on the dance floor - my cross-training activity of choice!
