alright treadmill work 3.1 mi

tested out my MT110s. 10:00 pace, they felt amazing, but it was the first time i've ever run without socks, so i had to pull them off after a mile because of a hotspot on the upper part of my heel. (full on blister this morning. duh, that's what they make body glide for...) finished my run in my 890s, and WOW did i feel wobbly. i can easily see why minimalists prefer the thinner, more responsive shoes.
*of course, my ITB continues to give me grief... cut my run short by 2 miles because i kept having to stop and walk after mile 2. i wanted to run really bad tomorrow, but i guess i'll have to suck it up and take a break, do some extra icing and strengthening. BLOWER.
