    Ran along College way in between tournament games at Skagit Valley CC up in Mt Vernon - came across a trail, much like Cenntenial Trail - now I know for next year. Long day of games, 11 am - 7 pm

      Good to see you are finding time to hit the pavement! We were at the same tournament. My son was playing a baseball tournament in West Seattle as well. I'm tired now.

      I'm doing the Lord Hill Trail Run (Evergreen Trail Runs) on Saturday July 2nd. There is a 10 mile, 20 mile and 50k.

    In Lynden all week for hoops - attempted a short run while the team had a workout - felt awful after not eating well all week and not excercising.

    1st 1.5 was a warm up then ran into Nancy C. , did a 2nd warm up and ran in her zone 2 for another 4 miles - goes by so fast when there is someone to talk to! She helped me maintain my pace - fun run!

    New Kirkland 1/2 marathon route

    Well drove the new route then attempted to run 1 mile, I walked/jogged it - feeling much better today, just the quads left...

    Funny finding the "walking" tab on the menu. Tried to jog, but quads are still too weak. Walked some hills and flats, felt good to loosen up.
